If you send a request or a message through this website, you leave your name, email address, optionally your phone number, and your message. If you request a custom painting, your chosen size, colours and mood reference are added, along with any photos you choose to send.

Solely to answer your question and, if it leads to a sale or commission, to carry that out. For a custom commission I use your photos as reference while painting. I don't use your details for advertising.

For a painting I make to commission, I often share a photo or video on Instagram or TikTok, for example of the painting process or the finished result. I never use your own reference photos for that: only the painted result is shown, including any realistic details in it. Would you rather I didn't? Just let me know and I'll keep your work out of it.

I don't sell your details and don't share them with others for their own purposes. This website runs technically on Vercel, which processes and stores the data on my behalf on their servers; they don't do anything further with it.

I keep requests for as long as needed for contact and follow-up. After that I delete them.

You can always ask what information I have about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. A message through the contact form or to info@laurakorll.com is enough.

This website only uses functional cookies needed to make the page work. No tracking or advertising cookies are placed. If you fill in the painting request form, your own browser keeps your answers and photos as you go, so you do not lose them if the page is refreshed by accident. That information stays on your own device; I only see it once you actually send the request.
